BOUNCE @MK IS WELL WORTH A VISIT:
We know the warmer summer months are fast approaching but with the unpredictable nature of the British weather, it’s well worth having a couple of indoor activities up your sleeve.

KIK recently visited Bounce, an indoor trampoline park in Milton Keynes. Simply summarized as a play area for older kids, it’s clean, the staff are very helpful and professional, the equipment is state of the art and the coffee shop is reasonably priced. We were really pleased to see a jug of cold water available for the hot and sweaty kids to drink without having to purchase bottles of water.
We visited with a 7, 10 and 14 year old, who all loved it, and was their highlight of an action packed Easter break. The eldest two loved bouncing off a trampoline and freefalling into a large foam pit (need to be 1.2m in height) who both became a little more confident and daring with every jump. Our youngest, (who is super competitive) loved the slam dunk hoops and meticulously kept count of the number of times she had managed to get the basketball into the hoop. In addition there are also 44 interconnected trampolines and a dodgeball court for kids of all ages to enjoy. We would say that for younger kids 1 hour is probably enough, the older ones could certainly do 2 hours.

Across the road in the retail park there are plenty of restaurants including Nandos, TGI Friday and Prezzo along with clothing stores Primark, M&S, New Look….so if travelling from a far you can make a whole day of it.
The only watch out is avoid visiting when MK Dons are playing at home, as the stadium is across the road, so heavy traffic and finding an available park space could be a frustration.
